Optimal Care Plus, render a dedicated home for \u00a0Semi-Independent Living and Supported Living Service catering to the unique needs of young individuals aged 16+.<\/p>\n

As an organization organized under the laws of the Care Quality Commission and Ofsted, we take pride in offering comprehensive support that empowers young people during their transition towards adulthood. Young people can always depend on our services and rely on our support to develop in many areas required to live an independent life. We are happy to present our newly launched\u00a016 – 18 years old supported living accommodation\u00a0unit based in the bubbly heart of The London Borough Of Barking & Dagenham that can accommodate\u00a0three young people who require support with the following:<\/p>\n

* Education Support\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Cooking Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Developing life skills – cooking, tidying, living with others, house meetings, food shopping and laundry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Money Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Social, Emotional & Trauma Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Goal Setting\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Tailored keyworking sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Counselling Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Group Work<\/strong><\/p>\n
